Question : What is your cancellation policy?
Once you have confirmed your order payment is usually taken within 24 hours. We do not have a cancellation policy as such but if you contact before we have taken your payment we will cancel your order wihout charge. After we have taken your payment cancellation is at our discretion and will be subject to a 5% handling charge. After we have sent the goods you will not be able to cancel the order.
